We think exposing students to what the future may hold in terms of technological influence on filmmaking is an important part of a well-rounded education.
Recently the Transmedia group Spoilrr was taken over by FilmschoolSF聽Director of Marketing Christopher F. Smith.
“I’m thrilled to be take over this organization and look forward to building relationships with technology and filmmaking leaders and making Spoilrr an important part of the Bay Area media scene,” said Smith.

In transmedia storytelling, content becomes invasive and fully permeates the audience鈥檚 lifestyle. A transmedia project develops storytelling across multiple forms of media in order to have different 鈥渆ntry points鈥 in the story; entry-points with a unique and independent lifespan but with a definite role in the big narrative scheme.
